Product Description

ZL10 split gearbox is a type of gearbox commonly used in small loaders. The following are some of its characteristics:

1. Structure form:
- Split design: The so-called "split" is relative to the integrated gearbox. The transmission is divided into a number of independent parts in the structure, each part assumes a specific function, such as the input part, the transmission part, the output part, etc., and the parts are combined together through a specific connection. The split design makes the installation, repair and maintenance of the gearbox relatively convenient, and when a part fails, it can be disassembled and repaired separately, without the need for large-scale dismantling of the entire gearbox.
- Composition structure: Usually adopts the composition form of (2+2) *2. This means that there are a number of different gear groups and shifting mechanisms inside the gearbox, and different gear shifts can be achieved through different combinations to meet the driving needs of the loader under different working conditions.

2. Working performance:
Gear setting: there are generally forward gear and backward gear, forward gear may have multiple speed gear, such as two common forward gear, backward gear may have one or two. This gear setting allows the loader to have different speed options when moving forward and backward, adapting to different working scenarios, such as using a low speed gear to obtain greater traction when loading materials, and using a high speed gear to improve work efficiency when driving or shifting.
- Power transmission: can effectively transfer the power of the engine to the driving wheel of the loader, and in the transmission process can automatically adjust the output torque and speed according to the change of the load, to ensure the dynamic performance and driving stability of the loader.
